Returns & refunds

60-day returns
We offer 60-day returns from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email returns@sorahair.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.
Condition
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return. If a returned item arrives in ineligible condition, we'll ship it back at your expense.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (2–3 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Defective items
If your item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong product, email hello@sorahair.co with a photo and order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no return required. Defective items can be reported up to 90 days from delivery.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the fastest possible turnaround.
