Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. Orders after 2pm ET or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Domestic shipping (US)

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days · Free on orders over $75 Expedited: 1–2 business days · Rate calculated at checkout

All orders under $75 carry a flat $6.99 standard shipping fee.

Canada & UK

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location — these are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or your order shows delivered but hasn't arrived, contact hello@sorahair.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
